With over 44 years of dental experience, I’ve dedicated my career to providing exceptional care and leadership in both military and civilian settings. After graduating in the top 10% of my class from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, I joined the U.S. Army Dental Corps, where I honed my skills and served in various leadership roles, including managing the dental needs of troops, both US and intenational allies, and civilians during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. My time in the military earned me distinctions such as the Legion of Merit and Bronze Star Medal, the Order of Military Medical Merit (O2M3), the Army Surgeon General's "A" designator and recognition as one of the Army's top practitioners in General Dentistry.
Following my military service, I transitioned to private practice in Nevada, where I continued to focus on patient-centered care and professional growth. As a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of General Dentistry, less than 1% of all US dentists have this distinction, I bring expertise, reliability, and a genuine passion for dentistry to every interaction. Whether mentoring students or peers, supporting underserved populations, or stepping in as a substitute dentist, my goal is always the same: to ensure patients and practices thrive under my care.
